The same membership employers read about on For Employers: a flat $70 a month per sponsored employee — virtual primary care with a consistent care team, an annual wellness lab, common generic prescriptions, and integrated mental health support. No group underwriting and no headcount tiers. It layers alongside the coverage your clients already offer; it doesn't replace it.

Tell us about you and your agency. A license number and NPN are optional — share them if you have them.
We review your application
We confirm who you are and your agency details, and email you with the decision. Once approved, you set up two-step verification before your dashboard opens.
Connect with your clients
An employer invites you, or you request access with one of their administrators' email addresses, and the employer decides what you can do. Individuals you invite by email and enroll themselves.

Built to keep employees' information private
No level shows you anyone's date of birth, phone number, address or medical information. Company-level utilization only appears once enough of a company's team is enrolled to keep it anonymous. Every action you take for a company is recorded in that company's activity log.
How commissions work
Paid per household, on money actually collected.
You earn a commission for each household sponsored by an employer you're the broker of record for, and for each individual who enrolls from your invitation, in every month its membership is paid — one commission per household, however many people are in it. Commissions are calculated from payments actually collected, so a failed or refunded payment doesn't count.
Your dashboard shows each month's commissions as accrued, approved and paid, with the payment reference, and you can export them as a CSV. The current rate is shown on the application before you submit.
